Bitsy FNWF

I had a busy day yesterday which included catching up with my dear friend Megan who now lives overseas in the UK. I haven't seen her for over 4 Years and it was wonderful to hug her in real time and have a big old natter. We keep in touch through the wonders of social media but nothing will ever beat spending face to face time.
I was on my own last evening as Mr R. was off doing boy stuff with cars and such. But I  couldn't seem to get my act together. So I just curled up in my chair and I had a good old read of my new magazine.
Eventually I got out my stitching and finished off my 4 little Dresden Plates.
As I hadn't been organised enough to have cut out there background blocks earlier I decided to finish appliquing the circle down on my Blessings block 2. Please excuse the unpressed state of it...but I got it done.
Next I began the EPP star for the centre.
I didn't get too far before weariness defeated me. After thinking nothing much was going to be achieved I was quite pleased at the little bits of  progress.
If you stitched along with us all I hope you enjoyed your time as well.
Thank you Cheryll for bringing us together in frienship for another year xx
Happy  weekend.
Namaste and Blessings Michelle xxx

  19. As you say, nothing beats seeing someone face to face. A nice bunch of sewing for someone who wasn't inspired.
