Passing the Baton

It was hard not to feel pride in the little people who solemnly laid their handmade wreaths yesterday at their schools 'Garden of Rememberance' and when all their young voices sang our National Anthem.

It was very moving to see. We were attending the Anzac Day commemoration service at two of our Grandchildren's school.
Our eldest Grandson sang beautifully in the choir and he and his grade recited a beautiful piece. All the children did a wonderful job and were so good and all so engaged....not a peep out of any of them.

Lest we forget.
Namaste and Blessings Michelle xxx

  5. This is so beautiful and special Michelle. I love the paper wreaths the children made. Anzac Day is being celebrated much more meaningfully these days - I don't remember our children doing anything like this when at schoo. Times change.. xxx
