Katherine Part Two

Today we just did a little sightseeing around town. First to the High level railway bridge....amazing view!
The Stuart highway from the railway bridge.
Katherine River.....

Interesting wander across the bridge.

Of course this drew the train buff in the family immediately!

Everywhere we have been beautiful Kites have whistled and soared above us but are just too quick for my camera.....
We then took a little picnic to the Low level nature reserve. What a beautiful oasis....so pretty and so cool.

Beautiful old trees with such amazing bark...
After walking off our lunch we decided to finish the day with a dip in Katherine's hot springs......
Getting quite partial to relaxing in them. Well someone definitely is lol!

A very nice way to spend a day.....next stop Litchfield National Park. More of Mother Earths glorious handiwork.
Namaste and Blessings Michelle xxx
