The lovely girls in my Birthday Clubs have spoilt me rotten...no other way to say it. My preference was for the Fat 1/4 club vintage reds and creams as I fancy making a red and cream quilt. On my goodness I am in heaven....
and they came with such gorgeous cards...
and if that wasn't enough they had popped extra wonderful goodies in with those gorgeous fabrics.
There are gorgeous vintage buttons, the sweetest angel button, gorgeous threads, lovely smellies, cutest coin purse and notebook, a gorgeous teddy keyring, handstitched bookmarks, all manner of notions, cards, a garden frogggy, the sweetest mug rug and sewing bag and the cutest teabag/coffeebag wallet (I hope I haven't left anything out) Phew!
Thank you so much all you wonderful ladies. it was so exciting to get wishes and fabrics from all over Oz.
Now as if that weren't joy enough...well No! I also am in a Friends Birthday swap and I recieved 2 gorgeous parcels the first from
Peg from Happy in Quilting....gorgeous Robyn Pandolph fabric (much oohing and ahhing here) and she spoilt me by adding a darling tissue holder, which I had been coveting when I saw Peg making it on her blog (I seem to do a lot of that coveting and hankering lol) and a lovely notebook.
Secondly Lynda from Heavens to Betsy spoilt me with some beautiful Tilda fabrics, the sweetest little birdie and a gorgeous tin of chocs...
Thank you so much Peg and Lynda for your lovely wishes and kindness.. I loved it all.
I have so much to tell you and show you that I am going to have to divide in to sections as I really want to express how I feel about it all....so if you can stand it....stay tuned!!!
I shall leave you a pondering and a wondering about this as was I????
See you next time,
Blessings Michelle xxx
