Thank you to CHERYLL at GONE STITCHIN for leaving the key under the mat so we could all enjoy August's.....
I decided on some quiet hand quilting on my Baltimore.
I stayed up quite late so that I could get this block finished.
I wanted a different bit of quilting as an accent inside the wreath. I had seen this done in photos of some old Baltimore quilts.
There is another circle type design in the top row so hopefully that will balance it.
So 4 blocks done......5 to go!
More happy mail yesterday. Gorgeous parcels from lovely friends Sue (Kiwikid) and Cheryl (Cheryl's Stitching).
From Sue.....
And from Cheryl
Don't you love brand new pretties to play with. Thank you lovely friends xxxx
I wish you a great weekend.
Namaste and Blessings Michelle xxx
