Yesterday my lovely friend Lorel hosted our stitching day and her home was beautifully decorated for Christmas...Lorel is a girl after my own heart when it comes to all things Christmas. It was just delightful to see Christmas everywhere. I have permission to share some of her beautiful decorations.Warning though I had my little old antique camera which DOES NOT do them justice. The quilt above is gorgeous. We had a lovely swag to decorate our chairs... I spy you Denise lol!
A lovely Christmas display watching over us as we worked (chatted)...
Aren't they gorgeous!
Lorel was very busy stitching one of my ornament patterns...
Finishes....and she made us delicious cups of teas and coffee and fed us too! All on festive china...ahhh!
Beautiful Christmas trees too. A tree with handmade ornaments...so special as most are from friends in our group.
From where we sat we could see this gorgeous tree....large tree, beautifully decorated and the lights were so lovely.
The photo didn't turn out but I was very humbled to see a "Michelle" tree on which Lorel has placed all of my ornament designs she has stitched over time.....nothing nicer for your heart than kind friends. There were all manner of other gorgeous decorations and much loved treasures. Wonderful!
Thanks for a great day Lorel and girls and thanks for letting me share your beautiful home.
Speaking of ornaments I have made a little new one for my tree this year. I fell in love with Yvonne's very cute little buttons and just had to make a little some thing with the plum pudding.
LOVE that plum pudding! You can visit Yvonne's blog HERE So many cute buttons.
Well after all that if you can't hear those Jingle Bells jingling.....your hearing is impaired LOL!
I have lots to do so I shall mosey along now but not before I get a "Nana" photo in.
I adore this photo of my eldest Granddaughter Miss C....her Mum took it.
Gorgeous girl!
Namaste and Blessings,
Michelle xxx
