I have basted my first row of hexies on to one of the borders...I am liking the way it looks. I have had to make the decision to leave a small gap at each end of the hexies as I couldn't fit 24 on the row....
They are so relaxing.
I received nice mail last week. Elizabeth Gilbert has a new book and she is a favourite of mine. I'm really enjoying it...love her turn of phrase, clever writing and down to earth wisdom.
Don't you love a good book!
Artwise, I am still working on "Tassie". I had a vision in my head of how I wanted it to look...I believe it is called "composition " lol! Anyway I have found backgrounds to be quite a challenge and have had to learn a lot..... slowly getting there....working on cutting back in with erasers and drawing lots of ferns! Tired!
But oh so happy!
Hope something has made you smile today too.
Namaste and Blessings Michelle xxx
