Well The 'postie' bought me nice post yesterday too....The lovely and very talent
MELODY from "the house on the side of the hill" sent me a gorgeous parcel with a beautiful birthday pressie inside and she was my partner in a special friend swap so I recieved the most devine 'snowy' stocking with so much beautiful work gone into it. I shall treasure it always. I will show you a photo after we have our 'reveal'.

Isn't this just so sweet |
In one of Melody's posts she was showing these beautiful felted woolen pins in the shape of a flower and I remember saying to myself..."Self they are gorgeous" Well guess what my lovely birthday surprise was......one of the pins! YAY!!! Thank you so much Melody.... your kindness and birthday wishes touched my heart.
The other mail I received was my copy of "Country Threads" and my little "Bear Friends" project was published. Yahoo! My friend Tracey of Rose Petals Past painted me a sweet quilt topper for the project and it turned out quite well. So I do love it when the postie brings "fun" mail instead of bills.
Have a great weekend and I hope you are up to your elbows in stitching.
Blessings Michelle
